1st epa International Harp Trophy

It was a dream come true to welcome contestants, their parents, eminent musicians, and researchers from many different countries to open the Elias Parish Alvars Festival and the 1st International EPA Trophy for Young Talents last February in Teignmouth/Devon, England. Together we celebrated with finest harp playing, lectures, and a historical concert program compiled by the grand maestro of our instrument, Elias Parish Alvars, who was born exactly 200 years ago in Teignmouth.

Young contestants not older than 14 years competed for the 1st epa International Harp Trophy, and had gathered from the four corners of the world for an inspiring moment of music.
